Signing in
Trouble logging in? Use "Forgot Password" on the sign-in screen to reset it by email. Signed up with Apple or Google? Make sure you're using that same account.
Report content or a user
Tap the flag icon on any battle to report content, or use the report option on a user's profile. Reports go straight to our moderation queue.
Delete your account
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This removes your profile and personal information from Vers.us.
Notifications
Control what pushes you get in Profile → Settings → Notification Preferences, or turn them off entirely in your device settings.
Purchases & subscriptions
Purchases are handled by Apple. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. For purchase issues, include your Apple receipt when you email us.
